What is your cabinet return policy?
Off-the-floor cabinetry items may be returned within 30 days of receipt IF items are in their original condition. It is subject to inspection. Simply return your item(s) to our store, or call 574-773-9277 if you would like to have us pick up your return. Our delivery service can pick up the item(s) for a pickup fee.
Special order cabinetry sales are final and cannot be returned.
As-Is and Special Order merchandise cannot be returned.

We do not sell custom cabinetry. However, we do custom layouts as part of our free design service. We truly believe we have a custom look without the custom price tag. Our professional Cabinet Design Sales team will walk you through the process of designing the cabinetry layout you want for your home.
What are your lead times on kitchen and bathroom cabinets?
Depending on the time of year, it usually takes 3-4 weeks from the contract signing. This is subject to change. Please call 574-773-9277 for current lead times.
What does the cabinet design process look like?
After we have collected your information, a designer will contact you to schedule an appointment.
At this time, if you have measurements of your project, you can give those to your designer. If you do not, we offer a service to take your measurements for you.
At your appointment, we will go over the measurements of your floor plan, the configuration, styles, colors, and features of your cabinets, as well as countertops, hardware, etc. We will also discuss your budget and the timeline of your project.
Your designer will then use the information from your meeting to design your project.

Do you install cabinetry?
We do not install cabinetry. We can provide you with a list of top-rated local installers, fill out a contact form and add your request in the comment box for local cabinet installers.
How do I properly care for my cabinets?
Quality wood cabinet finishes that have been made to last can, like good clothes, very quickly get a “used” appearance. Good things need looking after if they are to keep their quality appearance. Natural wood, even when finished, is still sensitive to light and moisture.
Moisture is the worst enemy of all wooden furniture, and you should wipe away all spilled liquids at once. All wood cabinets should be protected against heat and also against wet or colored objects.
All wood cabinet surfaces should be cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with a very mild, soapy solution. The surface should then be wiped down with a dry cloth to remove excess moisture. Other cleaning compounds exist but may contain alkaline reagents, which will adversely affect the surfaces. Household polishes can be used on an infrequent basis. Products containing silicone are moisture and dirt-resistant but may hinder future lacquering.
